Bunker is a long-established custom-fit golfwear brand that has been operating for over 20 years. Known for their high-quality, made-to-order apparel, Bunker caters primarily to golfers aged 30–45, with a loyal base of long-term VIP customers in older demographics.
The brand offers an impressive 24 sizes across three lengths and two styles, ensuring every golfer can find the perfect fit. Their on-demand production model delivers garments within 10 working days, reducing waste and eliminating overproduction while maintaining a premium, sustainable approach to golfwear.
However, after shifting to a dropshipping model, sales began to decline. The extended delivery time impacted customer trust, and the website had become cluttered, dated, and difficult to navigate. The brand identity no longer reflected the quality or ethos of the product, and both CRM and social strategies had lost clear direction. The owners felt disconnected from the brand and were unsure how to regain momentum.
