Elizabeth @ Valour Physio approached us at the end of 2024 seeking a website redo with plans for a future rebrand. Initially, we recommended refining her existing site to improve conversions and support her business launch. By April 2025, Elizabeth was ready to proceed with a comprehensive rebrand to elevate her physiotherapy business, reflecting a more personalised and premium identity.
Process
We began by assessing Elizabeth’s current brand and website to identify key areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with her, we developed a unique brand identity that stood apart from traditional physiotherapy aesthetics. This included a new logo mark and a refined colour palette that conveyed motion and flexibility, inspired by Pilates and yoga. We also streamlined her website to enhance usability, making it easier for clients to navigate and book sessions.
Outcome
Since the rebrand and website relaunch, Elizabeth Valor Physio has seen significant improvements. Site sessions have increased by 17%, unique visitors are up by 20%, and clicks to contact have surged by 67%.
